bio-hombre organic butter is made the old fashioned way, with fresh cream skimmed from the top of the day's milk. its intense straw colouring comes from the naturalness of the herd's diet, absolutely all of which comes from land cultivated by the farm in accordance with strict organic faming standards. our extra fresh cream comes from milk used for the production of our parmigiano-reggiano, and is therefore strictly monitored as its organoleptic make-up is considered fundamental for the quality of the cheese itself. the great care we bestow on the production of the butter is echoed in the way we hand pat it into 250 g packs, finishing it off with the classic seals. we have also recently introduced a new size, the 1kg pack, aimed at the professional market.
