The real synthesis of the process was born at the start of the Nineties, which revolutionised the Parmigiano Reggiano process. We were the first to boast an environmentally sustainable organic farm in this sector: land, forage, animals and milk. We were seeking a healthy cheese, that can be traced through its history and respect the environment. All this led to certification of process traceability according to the standards ISO 22005, testimony to our commitment for quality and safety in our Parmesan cheese. This achievement was seen not as a starting point but as an ongoing commitment by Hombre with respect to everyone.
